Urban Hearth is partnering with Shirley Cafe Chef Kat Bayle for a kitchen takeover on Saturday, August 17. While Chef Erin, Abby and the kitchen team cook at Outstanding In the Field, the restaurant will host a special evening with Chef Katherine Bayle.
Chef Kat named her restaurant after her 102-year-old grandmother, Shirley. She has hosted Le Gran Aioli dinners at Cobble, popup dinner experiences at Gray's Hall, and was formerly a chef at Field & Vine.
Guests will enjoy a 4-course farm-to-table meal created by Chef Kat at Urban Hearth. She has prepared a pescatarian menu with vegetarian and gluten-free options available.
The restaurant expects this special takeover event to sell out quickly. Reservations can be made through OpenTable.
