This experience serves as a creative playground for Chef Erin Miller, using unique, local ingredients to create an unforgettable bespoke menu. Since there's only 4 seats at our counter and only 2 seatings per night at 5:45pm or 8:15pm, we book out a few weeks in advance for this experience.
